Penske 8975D shock Honda Hawk

Penske 8975 Double series shock.  This shock does not have a remote reservoir, it has a floating piston inside that separates the oil and nitrogen.  (meaning it is NOT an emulsion style shock like the 8900E)  It has separate compression and rebound adjusters, and preload adjustment.  It is NOT adjustable for length, so the length has to be specified at time of order.  It has the same valving and damping characteristics as the higher spec shocks like the 8983, and 40 clicks of adjustment!  This shock is a great bang for the buck!  As with all Penske shocks they are built to order for the individual customer, so allow about 2-3 weeks for delivery.
