Shipping

Hordpower uses UPS and USPS for shipping. Our shopping cart is roughly 75% accurate on shipping quotes. 20% of the time it quotes too high, so we adjust downward on your actual invoice. We do not add any additional handling/packaging fees. U.S. customers have a choice between UPS or USPS. (USPS is best if you are in AK or HI) UPS has great tracking and works better for large/expensive packages. USPS is better for small, inexpensive items, but the tracking isn't as good. International customers are via USPS only, and you have a choice between International Express or Priority. Express is a little more money but has the best tracking and insurance, so that is what we recommend. The shopping cart can be a little flaky for International customers. If it refuses your address, don't fret! We ship internationally all the time!If you are in a country that USPS ships to, and have a major credit card, you can order from us. Just email us for a shipping quote, and if you have checkout problems choose "local pickup" and put your address in the comments field.  All orders are manually processed by an actual thinking human being, so we'll beat things with a hammer on this end and make it all work out fairly and right for all parties.  One final thing on International shipping- No, we will NOT fudge the customs forms and call it a "gift."

While we're on the subject of shipping, if you need something FAST or a special delivery concern, please call or email. We cannot guarantee next day/ second day delivery, but we will try!

Inventory

While we stock a large variety of products, sometimes we do run out.  In such cases your patience is appreciated. Also, some items we do not stock physically, but have what we like to call Virtual Inventory. Meaning, we let the product sit in my distributor's warehouse and monitor their inventory regularly. Most non-stocked items only take us 2 days to get. Long story short, this saves you $$!! Score one for the little guy! A lot of the big mail-order places do the same thing, so don't let them fool you about having things "in stock."

Returns, exchanges, refusals

20% restocking fee unless Hordpower is in error. No returns on "special order" parts or accessories, no returns on electrical items. Return shipping is on your dime unless we are in error. Replacement part shipping is on your dime, unless we are in error.

Backorders can be canceled by simply calling.

Buyer understands that some parts may need modifications for correct fitment. Some parts may not be street legal depending on the state. In such cases buyer understands that the parts are for off-road or racing use only. Hordpower recommends you have a skilled technician install the parts purchased. If the buyer has any doubt as to the quality of parts supplied or their ability to install said parts, please return them for a refund.
